If you want to be in the heart of town and walk anywhere - look no further. It is on the first block, steps to the sand and steps to any restaurant or bar. Located right next door to the Catalina Island Conservancy, so it makes it easy if you want a tour or event. Two nice decks, you can have a drink and enjoy the views or people watch. All newly redone. Large Smart TV, Bluray player, and Soundbar to play your music on. Technically a one bedroom, but it is 1,100 sq/ft with two euroloungers that fold out and all bedding/towels included. This is a fun place to go and you will love it, we do.
